A few weeks ago I was asked by Courtney of Courtney Z. Photography to join a collaborative blog project with 6 other photographers from around the nation.  The project? 10 on 10… basically, on the 10th of each month (for one year) we share 10 images from the previous month to highlight what’s going on in our personal lives… you typically see weddings & engagement sessions on my blog, and occasionally some personal posts… but now every month on the 10th, you can look forward to seeing highlights of — my life (and the 6 other photographers who have joined 10 on 10)… at the bottom of the post you’ll see links to their blog posts, so make sure to check it out to see what photographers do when we’re not working =)

So for my first 10 0n 10 post, I wanted to highlight the vacation we took in Seattle & in San Diego… We took 2 weeks off of work and spent one week with my sister in Seattle… then Dave’s family in San Diego… this will probably be our last big trip as a couple before baby Newcomer arrives…after that, it’ll be family trips =)

A few highlights from Seattle:
-whale watching -Pike Street Market -dim sum -Boeing tour -all you can eat king crab! -spending the week with my sister!

San Diego highlights:
-relaxing -San Diego Zoo -fish tacos with cousin Laura -beach day -Balboa Park -spending time with Aunt Sue, Uncle Steve, cousins Laura, Cody & Leticia…
