Dave and I love music… sometimes we get a little competitive trying to name the artists on the radio — and he usually wins… it’s because I have a horrible memory… besides, that’s what Shazam is for… anyways, one thing we enjoy on weekends is watching local bands and listening to live music…and one of our favorite local bands is Soulnar… they have an eclectic style we love… and music they like to play are “reggae, funk, soul and some rock and roll”… they write their own music and also play some cover songs with a twist that makes it all their own…

Even though shooting weddings and couples are my forte, I’ve been really wanting to shoot a music band… just one of those things that I thought would be really cool and really fun to do… well, it was and then some! I’m so glad we had the opportunity to capture Soulnar because they’re an awesome group of talented people and I can’t wait to see them at their next show!
