Ice cream…
One thing I look forward to every other day are the slue of pictures my sister sends me (via phone & text) of my nephews and niece… every image fills the distance (a little bit) and makes me feel a tad bit closer to them — rather than being 1,300 miles away… yesterday my 10-month-old niece, Maliha, was fighting for her share of ice cream from her three year old brother, Yaya… chasing him around… frantically doing her baby sign language for “more”… out of annoyance he gave up, and she won… mama ended up with the ice cream carton and fed the baby girl her prize… these are the images she sent me… images that always make my day…
All I wanna know — is where can I get that watch?? Lol… can it be any bigger?
That look on Yaya’s face on the left… ice cream coma… on the right — I don’t know? She looks upset… probably when ice cream was taken away…
Why can’t adults enjoy ice cream like this? We should make it a point to eat this way next time we have ice cream… Happy Monday!
