So it’s already September… and it looks like I only blogged twice last month… but in my defense — it was a crazy, busy month! I had 12 photo shoots, my family came to visit for a week and I had my baby shower! All good things of course =) Which is what I will be highlighting today on my second installment of 10 on 10 — family visit & my shower… for those who missed my very first 10 on 10 post, you can check it out HERE… in a nutshell, there’s a group of 6 photographers around the nation participating with 10 on 10 — which is a personal post highlighting 10 images (maybe more) from the previous month… at the end of the post you can check out the other photographers post and see what they did in August…

Now for my images… I’m sad I didn’t take more, especially with my sisters… but here are pictures I took of my nephews and niece the day they left… it was a sad day =( but I was so happy & grateful for their visit! Miss them all so much!

And now for my baby shower (yes, I brought my camera)! I have to thank my sisters for throwing me a beautiful shower… they wanted me to have a beautiful & memorable day — and that’s exactly what it was… LOVE you sissies! I love you for everything you did and continue to do — for me, Dave and baby Ethan =)
And yes, this cake looked good and tasted even better! Gah it was so good!
And here’s the dream design team  & friends who made my shower absolutely gorgeous! Jacqueline of J.Morgan Flowers and Aviva of Kiss the Planner  brainstormed and put everything together from floral design, center pieces, linens & chairs — and my was it breathtaking! Crystal from A Sign of my Love didn’t leave one detail unturned… she designed the menus, signs, put favors together & made the dessert table even more inviting! Ladies, thank you for your friendship and for making my shower one of a kind! Love you all! Once I get the pictures from my photographer friends I shall post those as well =) I hope you guys enjoyed taking a look at my August… I definitely enjoyed reliving it… If you have time, check out the other photographers sharing their 10 on 10 post and make sure to come back next month on the 10th!
